Good Forest Indonesia Foundation is seeking a Field Project Officer who will provide technical support and ensure the effective implementation of reforestation program activities across GFI’s project areas.

The Field Project Officer is responsible for overseeing field implementation activities, including land assessment and site identification, program socialization, land mapping, land preparation and clearing, seedling distribution, and supervising tree planting in accordance with established technical standards.

In addition, the Field Project Officer plays a key role in supporting farmers and farmer groups through training and capacity-building initiatives, such as Farmer Field School, to promote sustainable land management practices. The position also involves conducting regular tree monitoring, identifying field-level challenges, and ensuring that all program activities generate long-term positive impacts for both the environment and local communities.
